Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are in the withdrawal policy in § 3 of our Terms & Conditions. You can also withdraw online via “Withdraw from contract”.

Our voluntary 30-day returns
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. This voluntary return applies to items that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

How to return an item

Let us know about your return via “Withdraw from contract” or by email to info@adada.fr, including your order number.
Send the item with a carrier of your choice to:

Return shipping costs are borne by you.
Please send us the tracking number at info@adada.fr.
As soon as we receive the item, we refund the purchase price via your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items
Statutory warranty rights apply. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us at info@adada.fr with photos and your order number. We'll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Questions or changes to orders
For questions about an order placed on adadastore.com, or to change it, email us at info@adada.fr. Since we start processing orders as soon as they arrive, changes are not always possible.
