What material is it made of?
Can I wash my ADADA teddy?
Our cuddly toys can be hand or machine washed with care and using a cold cycle only. Be careful, they do not like warm or hot water. To regain their original shape, you may use a tumbler (low temperature).
What is the delivery and return procedure?

Return within 30 days from the delivery date. It is necessary to notify us by email or via the contact form. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Refund upon receipt.

Arthus est un Bohémien. Il aime mon piano. Aber er spricht leider noch nicht soviel deutsch, und wir versuchen, uns in seiner Muttersprache (französisch) zu unterhalten. Aber es ist auch schön, wenn ich morgens mit „Bonjour, Madame“ begrüßt werde … ☺️☺️☺️ Herzliche Grüße Brigitte

Arthus ist sehr kuschlig und lieb und brav. Meine Freunde finden ihn auch wunderschön.
Ich hatte mir den tabac-farbenen Fuchs als Erinnerung bei Lieferbarkeit in Gr. L hinterlegt. Das hat gut geklappt. Ich konnte ihn dann noch vor Weihnachten bestellen und erhalten. Und da war er..mein gewunschener Fuchs. Fehlt nur noch die passende Kleidung. Meine Wunschfarben waren nicht vorrätig. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Bon produit, original et attachant. La promesse d’un produit français n’est pas tenu, il vient d’un dépôt en Allemagne et les conditions de transport n’étaient pas dingues, avec zéro suivi de Adada, et le transporteur aux abonnés absents, suivi de la commande entièrement en allemand et chauffeur final injoignable. Est-ce que je recommanderais ? Non, je ne me ferais pas avoir une deuxième fois par le marketing malin de ces peluches et leur promesses, le fonctionnement start-up est acceptable si ça repose sur des promesses vérifiables.
