What material is it made of?
Can I wash my ADADA teddy?
Our cuddly toys can be hand or machine washed with care and using a cold cycle only. Be careful, they do not like warm or hot water. To regain their original shape, you may use a tumbler (low temperature).
What is the delivery and return procedure?

Return within 30 days from the delivery date. It is necessary to notify us by email or via the contact form. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Refund upon receipt.

My daughter has the large orange Jermaine bear. She is autistic and did the thrive programme which uses orange as a positive colour. I bought her the key chain version to take on her school residential so she could have him with her all the time on her bag. He bought her great comfort and really helped her. Thank you again adada.
